Evotaya Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the Evotaya website, mobile site, and any associated applications operated at evotaya.app.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Evotaya Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Evotaya Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on any game available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by Evotaya before processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms.
• "Philippine Peso" or "₱" means the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the sole currency used for transactions on the Evotaya Platform.

By accessing or using the Evotaya Platform in any manner, including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Evotaya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use the Evotaya Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• You are accessing the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of Evotaya, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an Account suspended or terminated by Evotaya for breach of these Terms.

Evotaya reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full features of the Evotaya Platform, including placing Wagers and making deposits, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Evotaya Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Evotaya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Verification (KYC): Evotaya may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Suspension: Evotaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or any activity that may harm the integrity of the Platform.

All financial transactions on the Evotaya Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: Evotaya currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Evotaya reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Evotaya reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within three (3) to five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. Evotaya reserves the right to extend this period where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Evotaya may request additional documentation to verify ownership of the withdrawal account.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within your Account settings.
• No Third-Party Payments: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Evotaya will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and reserves the right to return such funds and suspend the associated Account.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Evotaya is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Evotaya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms available on the Current Offers page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Evotaya reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a player's Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, or any other strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Modification and Withdrawal: Evotaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the Evotaya Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general conduct terms apply to all gameplay on Evotaya:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. Evotaya does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed Wagers except where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome of a game.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, Evotaya's records shall be the definitive source of truth regarding game outcomes and Wager results.
• Evotaya reserves the right to void any Wager where there is evidence of a software error, data feed error, or any other technical issue that has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome.
• Players must conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times, particularly in live dealer game environments. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at dealers or other players will result in immediate removal from the game and may result in Account suspension.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any other artificial means to place Wagers is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Evotaya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Creating or operating more than one Account;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage, and failing to report such bugs to Evotaya immediately;
• Engaging in any activity that Evotaya, in its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Evotaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players on the Evotaya Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate self-exclusion from their Account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's Account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications are available to remind players of the time elapsed and funds wagered during a session.

All content on the Evotaya Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials, is the property of Evotaya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Evotaya;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Use any Evotaya trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without express written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of Evotaya's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Evotaya and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Evotaya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond Evotaya's reasonable control;
• Loss of data or Account information;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Evotaya makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. Evotaya's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Evotaya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Evotaya may be required to share player data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in connection with its legal and compliance obligations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC requirements. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

Evotaya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Evotaya will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Evotaya Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact Evotaya's support team to seek an informal resolution. Evotaya is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. Complaints may be submitted via the live chat function within your Account or by email to the address provided in Section 15.

Evotaya operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming operators serving Filipino players. Players who remain dissatisfied following Evotaya's internal dispute resolution process may seek further recourse through the appropriate regulatory channels.
